To raise awareness about mental illnesses, specifically the effects of eating disorders, addictions, and bullying on individuals and society as a whole.
The purpose of the symposium is to showcase research on eating disorders and bullying currently done on campus. In doing so, we hope to lower the stigma associated with mental illnesses and provide this educating opportunity to uplift the people.
